I started out creating medical illustrations and instructional diagrams to simplify surgical procedures for patients. I make complex systems legible to the people who depend on them.
I have 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, most recently leading AI-powered feature design at Greenspace Mental Health, a clinical platform used by 15,000 therapists. I own discovery end-to-end: from research through prototyping to production.
I think the discovery-to-production gap is the most expensive problem in product teams right now. The longer an idea lives only in Figma, the more risk you're carrying into engineering. Since returning from maternity leave I've been closing that gap directly, by building code-based prototypes with real data, and contributing to production codebases. I'm looking for teams that have actually restructured around this, not ones still deciding whether to try it.
