The Prairie Heart Institute at HSHS St. John's Hospital is the first cardiac institution in the U.S. to use SeamlessMD. This program provides patients with customized reminders and updates, delivered at just the right time in their surgery journey. The patients participate in daily health checks that engage them in their recovery.
